Shipping and deliveries
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be carried out by transporters defined by RV GLOBAL SRL or its delegate. The shipping cost is automatically calculated by the system, based on the destination and weight-volume of the goods. If the delivery is to be made to disadvantaged places, mountain areas, islands, or outside Italian territory, the automatically calculated costs are to be considered purely indicative and may vary based on the actual prices offered by international shippers.
No deliveries are made to floors.
In the event of theft/loss RV GLOBAL SRL undertakes to send a new product and, should it be unavailable and/or out of stock, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer having the right not to accept this new product and request the issuing of a credit note relating to the product itself.In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, RV GLOBAL SRL will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.
The delivery time to the courier, purely indicative, is approximately 3-10 working days from the order date (unless otherwise specified on the product itself) to which 1-3 working days are added for delivery to the destination, excluding variations due to reasons of major force. IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST AND DECEMBER THERE MAY BE DELAYS DUE TO GOODS MOVEMENT BLOCKS, in particular goods on pallets and dangerous goods (ADR) have forced movement blocked in the period from 15 December to 10 January and from 10 to 30 August.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place during office hours every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
For extra-Ecean exports, customs charges for imports are borne by the recipient.
