Jinko’s JKM435N-54HL4R-BK has a capacity of 435 watt-peak with 108 photovoltaic cells. The solar panels are mounted in an all-black frame and are 1762x1134x30mm each. The Jinko 435Wp is part of the Tiger Neo N-type series and is exactly 2m2 large. This means these panels produce more power and deliver higher yields per square metre, even in cloudy weather. Moreover, the Jinko 435Wp is not affected by Light Induced Degradation (LID), so there is less loss of performance. And Jinko N-type solar panels come with a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty!

N-type technology
Compared to P-type products, N-type cells, which are used with a different doping technology, perform better in terms of power dissipation. The significant increase in the bifacial factor and the optimization of the operating temperature also bring a higher performance gain. When it comes to the LCOE value (levelized cost of electricity), the analysis result has been significantly reduced compared to conventional P-type modules.
HOT 2.0 technology
Efficient passivation contact technology is applied in HOT 2.0 cells, which updates micro-nano tunneling through the oxide layer and carrier-selective lamination of microcrystalline silicon thin films on the back side. This advanced structure contributes to better passivation performance and electrical conductivity, increasing cell efficiency and power generation performance. Under the conditions of mass production, the maximum efficiency of the N-type HOT2.0 cell is over 21% and has a wide application perspective in the near future.
Super multi busbar technology
Busbars are located on each PV module. These are busbars that are firmly printed on each solar cell. They absorb the generated direct current and lead it to the busbars. By using more busbars, Jinko reduces shadowing, shortens transport routes and lowers resistance in the modules.
