1) Registration and password:
When registering you will be asked for an email address (USERNAME) and the relevant password. Please write down these details to be able to access your account again in the future (the lowercase and uppercase letters for the system are different, so pay attention). Our staff is not able to know your account password as it is stored encrypted during registration. If you lose your password, using the password recovery function you can receive an email automatically generated by the system containing your registration data.

NOTE: The email is sent by a robot and in most cases it is identified as spam if you have an antivirus/spam system, so in case of using the password recovery function, we recommend temporarily deactivating your antispam.

Obviously the email will be sent to the address you wrote during the registration process so during the registration process be very careful to type your email address correctly.

If you are unable to recover your password you can contact us and one of our operators will reset your password and manually assign you another one.

2) Responsibility
RV GLOBAL SRL is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the RV GLOBAL SRL website, including for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to RV GLOBAL SRL.

Always check the technical data sheets of the various manufacturers to ensure you are purchasing the correct product.

RV GLOBAL SRL is not aware of the use that will be made of the products by customers who purchase via the website, the customer is responsible for the choice and suitability of the products purchased for use. The customer confirms that he has carefully read and understood the technical data sheets of the products purchased. Electrical connections, assembly and wiring must be carried out by specialized personnel who will issue the necessary declarations of conformity.

Incorrect installations, which do not comply with current regulations, carried out by unqualified personnel may invalidate the guarantee of the products themselves.

3) Technical Information
The technical information included on the RV GLOBAL SRL website is obtained from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalogue. RV GLOBAL SRL, therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalogue, based on what will be communicated by the producers, even without any prior notice.

4) Product Availability
In the product catalog published on the RV GLOBAL SRL websites, since access and the possibility of submitting an order online change the availability of the product in real time, RV GLOBAL SRL does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods, in the event of failure availability or delays we will contact the customer as soon as possible to provide alternatives or new expected delivery dates.

5) Risk and Property
The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with a charge on the invoice. The goods are under the responsibility of RV GLOBAL SRL until their destination, at the customer's address. In the event that the goods were shipped freight collect, upon indication of the customer (i.e. the customer sends his own carrier to collect the goods from our warehouse), the risk is to be borne by the customer from delivery of the goods to the carrier. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In the event of a discrepancy, it must be reported immediately on the courier's bulletin by adding the wording "subject to control" and within eight days via fax or email, to RV GLOBAL SRL. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or email within eight days. Any report beyond the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

6) Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order has been placed via electronic mail (E-mail), indicating the relevant order number.

7) Cancellation of the order
If you have second thoughts, you can cancel the order before shipping by sending a communication via email.
If the order has already been sent, see point 8, Returns.
Cancellation of the order can only be done for sales to private individuals, in VAT sales (b2b) orders cannot be cancelled. Orders placed by private individuals with an invoice for tax deductions cannot be canceled (as the invoice is sent to the tax agency immediately.

8) Return & Satisfaction Guarantee
If you do not like the items purchased, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. It will be sufficient to send them back by postal parcel or courier, carriage paid, attaching the purchase slip of the material to be returned or replaced. The items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt as long as they are in new condition and in the original packaging, not damaged, not used as a shipping box and unused. The products must be intact for resale including all possible accessories, manuals and various protective plastics. All additional costs for return procedures (transport costs) are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: returns are only possible for private purchases, products sold with a VAT invoice (b2b) cannot be returned.



Note: it is recommended to adequately package the goods as the responsibility for their integrity during the return procedure lies with the sender. To make a return, contact our offices to obtain the return authorization and the address to which to send the package to be returned, write an email.

9) Minimum Order
For shipments destined for Italy there is no minimum order, for goods destined within the European community the minimum order is €300.00 (excluding transport costs).

The transport costs indicated automatically by the system are to be considered purely indicative. In the case of delivery to disadvantaged areas or parts of the world, if the amount automatically calculated by the system does not cover the real shipping cost, we reserve the right to contact you to communicate the transport price. If you consider this excessively onerous, we will be able to separate the transport price from the order (in this case you will have to send us your carrier for collection).
In any case, we reserve the right not to ship to areas or parts of the world not covered by our trusted carriers.

10) Prices
All prices entered on the site, in the relevant column, are prices EXCLUDING VAT. Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.

11) Payments
The goods supplied must be paid by advance bank transfer.
Orders with bank transfer payment are sent for processing only after the actual crediting to the account and we do not take receipts into account.

12) Shipments and deliveries
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be carried out by transporters defined by RV GLOBAL SRL or its delegate. The shipping cost is automatically calculated by the system, based on the destination and weight-volume of the goods. If the delivery is to be made to disadvantaged places, mountain areas, islands, or outside Italian territory, the automatically calculated costs are to be considered purely indicative and may vary based on the actual prices offered by international shippers.

No deliveries are made to floors.

In the event of theft/loss RV GLOBAL SRL undertakes to send a new product and, should it be unavailable and/or out of stock, it will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer having the right not to accept this new product and request the issuing of a credit note relating to the product itself.

In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, RV GLOBAL SRL will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.

The delivery time to the courier, purely indicative, is approximately 3-10 working days from the order date (unless otherwise specified on the product itself) to which 1-3 working days are added for delivery to the destination, excluding variations due to reasons of major force. IN THE MONTH OF AUGUST AND DECEMBER THERE MAY BE DELAYS DUE TO GOODS MOVEMENT BLOCKS, in particular goods on pallets and dangerous goods (ADR) have forced movement blocked in the period from 15 December to 10 January and from 10 to 30 August.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, delivery will take place during office hours every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.

For extra-Ecean exports, customs charges for imports are borne by the recipient.

IMPORTANT: Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, by adding the words 'goods control reserve' on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed immediately by fax, e-mail or registered letter with return receipt, to the operational headquarters:


Attention: if you accept without placing the necessary reservations on the goods delivered by the courier, you will in no way be able to claim any shortages or damage due to transport at a later time against RV GLOBAL SRL. but exclusively to the courier.

13) Warranty
All goods sold are guaranteed by RV GLOBAL SRL and any assistance centers authorized by the manufacturers of the items.

RV GLOBAL SRL guarantees all products as per the European guarantee regulations in force on the date of sale.

Additional guarantees offered by the various manufacturers are provided directly by them and must be requested directly from them or from the assistance centers authorized by the relevant manufacturers.

Notes: The technical and aesthetic characteristics of the articles are indicative. Always check the technical data sheets made available by the various manufacturers to ensure that the products ordered comply with what is needed. The company is not responsible for typographical errors or changes in characteristics and prices introduced by the manufacturers or for damages caused by improper use of the products. For any dispute the only competent court is that of Udine. Regulations regarding increases or decreases in VAT, currency exchange or sales taxes will give rise to adjustments.
